Booking service to make a booking to renew your drivers licence

General Payment Terms

The Online Company South Africa DO NOT store payment details on our website or domain.

Our website and payment gateways are secured with SSL certificates from Thawte

The Online Company South Africa can not be held responsible for price fluctuations.

Pending payments: If payment is not received within 24 hours from the day you made the booking(placed the order), the booking / order will be cancelled. The impact of this: You will NOT have a booking. The Licencing Department will not assist you. We will not refund you for late payments. We urge you to double check your order to make sure the payment reflects on the order.

General Delivery Terms

The Online Company South Africa make use of MDS Collivery. However, if this option is not available, we may use a different delivery service. We will always try and get the parcel to you in the best time possible. However, The online Company can NOT be held responsible for any delays at the courier company after we dispatched from our office.

The Online Company South Africa can not be held responsible for delays in the issuing of your new drivers license card.

If you visit the Licensing Department on any other day or time than that of your booking date and time, we will not be able to assist you with delivery. If you did not advice us of this at least 72 hours prior to your booking that you are cancelling the booking as you went on another date or time, we will not be able to refund you.

Refund Policy

No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment/booking/test, no refund will be given. If you know that you will not be able to attend your booking/appointment/test, please contact us at least 72 hours before the booking/appointment/test to reschedule.

Reschedule: After we cancelled the first booking the client had, the client has to re-book on the website.

If the client had a payment on the first booking, and cancellation was done more than 72 hours prior to the booking, a coupon for the full amount will be emailed to the client, which he can use towards the new booking.

More than one active booking on our system: You may not hold more than one active booking on our system. The council will only honor the first booking you made. You may only book again after a failed attempt. If you did make more than one booking, no refund will be given for additional bookings.

Council unable to help you on the day of your booking: The Online Company SA clients may go back to the test station in the 5 days following restoration of services. You do NOT have to re-book. The council will have a dedicated person helping our clients. You do NOT have to stand in the normal queues. No refunds will be given. If you can not attend in the 5 days after restoration of services, please email us and we will assist you. Please note: We are independent from the licensing department. We can not be held responsible if they can not honor the booking you made.

Pending payments: Please make sure that payment reflects as paid on your order / booking within 24 hours of making the booking. If you only pay at the last minute your name will not be on the booking list and we will not refund you.
